7-Day Cooling-Off Period (ECTA Section 44):
You may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of receipt for any reason. Products must be in original condition with all packaging intact. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT:

This product is fragile and sensitive to impact.
Returns showing any evidence of physical damage, drops, impact, or misuse will not be eligible for refund.

Defective Products (CPA Section 55-56):
If your product is genuinely defective due to a manufacturing fault, you may return it within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund. All returns are inspected, and we reserve the right to refuse returns where damage is clearly caused by misuse, drops, or impact rather than manufacturing defects.

To claim a defect, please contact us with photos/video showing the defect before returning the item.

Products We Cannot Accept for Return:
- Products showing physical damage or impact damage - Products that have been dropped or misused
- Products returned without original packaging
